**Order Processing**

Orders are typically processed and shipped within **3-5 business days** after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

During periods of high order volume or around holidays, processing times may occasionally be longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and package your order.

**Shipping & Delivery**

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Please note that the **3-5 business day timeframe refers to our processing time before shipment**. Carrier transit time begins once your order has shipped and is separate from our processing time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

**Shipping Address**

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

**Delays**

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
